By accessing or using Glippy (the website, Chrome Extension, and Desktop App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

2. Service Description

Glippy is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) agent-readiness checker that analyzes web pages for AI agent discoverability. The service is provided as a Chrome Extension and a Desktop Application. All analysis is performed locally on your device.

3. Operator

Glippy is operated by 11 Internet / Glippy.dev, located at Piet Heinstraat 79, 2518CD, Den Haag, The Netherlands. You can reach me at support@glippy.dev.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Glippy only for its intended purpose: analyzing web pages for GEO optimization. You may not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software without prior written consent
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service

5. Free and Pro Tiers

Glippy offers a free tier with core GEO checks and a Pro tier with advanced features. The Pro tier is a one-time purchase with a lifetime license for the version purchased. I reserve the right to modify features in future versions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and materials related to Glippy are the property of 11 Internet / Glippy.dev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glippy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be perfectly accurate or complete
  • Following Glippy's recommendations will guarantee specific search engine results

GEO optimization is an evolving field. Glippy provides guidance based on current best practices, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond my control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11 Internet / Glippy.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Glippy.

9. Privacy

Your use of Glippy is also governed by my Privacy Policy. I do not use analytics or cookies. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on how I handle your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Glippy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Den Haag, The Netherlands.
