How to purchase

  1. Click the "Activate Pro" button inside the Glippy extension popup, or visit the Glippy homepage
  2. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
  3. Complete the payment with your email address
  4. Your license key will be sent to your email
Secure payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. Glippy never sees or stores your payment details.

Activate your license

Once you have your license key, activation takes just a few seconds:

  1. Open the Glippy extension by clicking its icon in your toolbar
  2. Click the "Activate Pro" button in the header area
  3. The license activation panel will open
  4. Enter the email address you used during purchase
  5. Enter your license key
  6. Click "Activate"

Once activated, the header will show your Pro status and the export menu becomes available.

Draft auto-save

Don't worry if the popup closes while you're entering your key — Glippy automatically saves your input as a draft so you won't lose it.

Verify activation

After successful activation you'll see:

  • A Pro badge in the extension header
  • The export menu (download icon) becomes active
  • No scan limits — all 10 categories are always available

Glippy re-verifies your license automatically every 24 hours. This requires a brief network call to our license server — no page content is ever transmitted.

Manage devices

Each Pro license can be activated on up to 3 devices (browsers or machines). A unique device ID is generated for each browser installation.

Deactivate a device

If you need to free up a device slot (e.g., switching to a new computer):

  1. Open Glippy on the device you want to deactivate
  2. Open the license panel
  3. Click "Deactivate This Device"
  4. The device slot is freed and you can activate on a new device
Device limit reached?

If you see a "maximum devices reached" error, deactivate an existing device first, or contact support if you no longer have access to a previously activated device.

Lost your license key?

No problem — you can recover your key in two ways:

Option 1: From the extension

  1. Open Glippy and click "Activate Pro"
  2. In the license panel, click "Lost your license key?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Your key will be sent to your email

Option 2: From the support page

  1. Visit the Glippy Support page
  2. Use the "Lost your license key?" form at the bottom
  3. Enter your email address and click "Send Key"

Troubleshooting

License key not accepted

  • Make sure you're entering the email address used during purchase
  • Check for extra spaces before or after the license key
  • Ensure your internet connection is active (license verification requires network access)

Pro features disappeared

If your Pro status is no longer showing:

  • Glippy re-verifies your license every 24 hours — this is normal
  • Ensure you have an active internet connection
  • Try re-entering your license key in the activation panel
  • If the issue persists, contact support

Export button not working

  • Export is only available after running a scan — scan a page first, then export
  • Ensure your Pro license is active (check for the Pro badge in the header)
