Pricing Questions
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and the licence does not expire. That includes every future check, category and export format we add to the extension.
How many devices can I use it on?
Three. Each browser installation gets its own device ID. You can free a slot at any time from the licence panel inside the extension, then activate on a new machine.
What happens to my 11 free scans?
Nothing. The free tier stays free, and activating Pro simply removes the limit. Your scan history stays on your machine either way.
I lost my licence key.
Use the "Lost your licence key?" link in the extension's licence panel, or the resend form on the homepage FAQ. Enter the email you paid with and the key is sent again.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Checkout runs entirely through Stripe. Glippy never sees or stores card data.
